Refund policy

Customers may return or exchange a product within 3 business days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging and accessories.

A full refund will be issued, including delivery fees, except in the following cases:

Products that have been used, opened, or cannot be restored to their original condition.

Health or personal care items once opened.

Products sold under final clearance sales.
